Marie and Alexandre

The designer duo was formed in 2018 after meeting at the Design Parade 13 in Hyères, at the Villa Noailles. It was also in this same location that the two designers presented their first joint creation in 2021, a series entitled Mobiles.

Marie Cornil trained in visual arts at HEAD Geneva, and Alexandre Guillaume graduated from ENSC Les Ateliers with a specialty in industrial design. The latter joined the Bouroullec brothers' Studio for nine years, and Marie joined him for three of those years.

Having found a complementarity in their approach to materials and objects, the two designers embark on the design of pieces that they consider to be landscapes, veritable « living collections ». They are now represented by the Signé gallery.
