Marie and Alexandre

The designer duo was born in 2018, following a meeting at Design Parade 13 in Hyères, at the Villa Noailles. It was at this same venue that the two designers presented their first joint creation in 2021, a series entitled Mobiles.

Marie Cornil trained in visual arts at HEAD Geneva, and Alexandre Guillaume graduated from ENSC Les Ateliers with a specialization in industrial design. The latter joined the Studio des frères Bouroullec for nine years, and was joined by Marie for three of those years.

Having found complementarity in their approach to materials and objects, the two designers embarked on the design of pieces they see as landscapes, veritable "living collections". Today, they are represented by Signé Gallery.
