Marie et Alexandre

The designer duo was born in 2018, following a meeting at Design Parade 13 in Hyères, at the Villa Noailles. It was at this same place that the two designers presented their first creation in 2021, a series entitled Mobiles.

Marie Cornil trained in visual arts at HEAD Geneva, while Alexandre Guillaume graduated from ENSC Les Ateliers with a specialization in industrial design. The latter joined the Studio des frères Bouroullec for nine years, and was joined by Marie for three of those years.

Having found a complementarity in their approach to materials and objects, they embarked on a design journey creating pieces they see as landscapes, veritable “living collections”. Today, they are represented by Signé Gallery.
