Her introspective approach leads her to think and and build connection between the West and sub-Saharan Africa, exploring the theme of genetic memory. Thanks to her multicultural background, Anne creates unique pieces, almost as if they have emerged from the depths or centuries past. These highly defined figures, combining ancestral know-how with a contemporary point of view, require great technical skill and exude a powerful presence. These pieces, called Migrant Objects, seem to tell us about history, reminding us not to forget.
