Private Choice presents pieces using a process known as "double incalmo", notoriously difficult: four or six hands are required to graft the three colored glasses, blown individually. The materials are fused together under heat, giving rise to a singular trichromatic effect, which is then covered by a thick transparent wall. The artist plays with the chromatic circle to create colorful vases, alternating between complementary color combinations and cameos in natural, autumnal hues.
