Uchronia
Uchronia is an agency founded by architect Julien Sebban, a graduate of London's Architectural Association School of Architecture. The collective creates modern "places of experience" - restaurants, apartments, fashion shows - removing the barriers between technique and creativity. It has completed projects in France, Spain and South Korea.
This colorful universe imbued with its passion for the Memphis movement offers exclusively French craftsmanship and know-how. In 2019, Uchronia wins the renovation project for the Galeries Lafayette restaurant and the Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris. For the latter, the studio chose to adopt simple lines, a trio of raw materials (stone, concrete and vegetation) even going so far as to design the menu in stone leaf.
