Olivier MOSSET

Olivier Mosset was born in 1944 in Bern. He lives and works in Tucson, Arizona.

His works are notably part of the permanent collections of MoMA, New York; Centre Pompidou, Paris; Migros Museum, Zurich; Musée Cantonal des Beaux-Arts, Lausanne; Musée des Beaux Arts, La Chaux-De-Fonds, Switzerland, Musée d’Art Contemporain de Lyon, France; and the National Gallery of Canada, Ontario.

Olivier Mosset's serigraphs produced by TCHIKEBE use chameleon inks, whose versatile colors change with the viewer's movements. Simultaneously matter and light, these works are based on the principles of neutrality, radicality, and erasure that characterize Olivier Mosset's work; a historical artist who was a member of the BMPT group alongside Daniel Buren, Niele Toroni, and Michel Parmentier.
