Olivier Mosset

Olivier Mosset was born in Berne in 1944, and lives and works in Tucson, Arizona.

His work is included in the permanent collections of MoMA, New York; Centre Pompidou, Paris; Migros Museum, Zurich; Musée Cantonal des Beaux-Arts, Lausanne; Musée des Beaux Arts, La Chaux-De-Fonds, Switzerland; Musée d'Art Contemporain de Lyon, France; National Gallery of Canada, Ontario.

Olivier Mosset's silkscreens produced by TCHIKEBE use chameleon-like inks, whose versatile colors change with the viewer's movements. At once matter and light, these works draw on the principles of neutrality, radicality and erasure that characterize the work of Olivier Mosset, a historic artist who was a member of the BMPT group alongside Daniel Buren, Niele Toroni and Michel Parmentier.
