Alexandre Logé

Born in Paris in 1977, Alexandre Logé graduated in plastic art and art history from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. As an artist-traveler, he never ceases to draw inspiration from his sailing expeditions, during which he developed a passion for African and Oceanic primitive art.

A collector of tribal art and a connoisseur of modern art, the designer creates collectible furniture for private projects and galleries. His referenced pieces, mainly made in bronze or plaster, conjure up soft curves and organic forms.

In 2023, Private Choice presents its hand-knotted Vertigo rug, created in collaboration with La Galerie Chevalier, which specializes in antique tapestries (16th to 18th century), modern tapestries (1920 to 1960), contemporary tapestries (1970 to the present) and contemporary textile art.
