Alexandre LOGÉ

Born in Paris in 1977, Alexandre Logé graduated in Fine Arts and Art History from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. A travelling artist, he constantly nourishes his inspiration through his sailing expeditions, thanks to which he developed a passion for African and Oceanian primitive arts.

As a collector of tribal art and a connoisseur of modern art, the designer creates collectible furniture for private projects and galleries. His referenced pieces, mainly made of bronze or plaster, evoke soft curves and organic forms.

In 2023, Private Choice presents his hand-knotted Vertigo rug, created in collaboration with La Galerie Chevalier, which specializes in antique (16th to 18th century), modern (1920 to 1960), and contemporary (1970 to the present) tapestries, as well as current textile art.
