Solène Eloy

Decorative painter Solène Eloy, a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Métiers d'Art (Olivier de Serres school), has put her unique signature in the enchanted world of fresco painting.

Solène Eloy learned this universal technique in Italy, then honed her skills in Japan with the many artists who work there using ancient processes while creating contemporary works. Thanks to her insatiable appetite for new solutions and advances that enable her to modernize mural painting, Solène dusts off all preconceptions and reinvents this ancestral art. Today, Solène's work is captivating. Her oversized, mineral-looking works draw on ancestral techniques and assume a real modernity. For the eleventh edition of Private Choice, Solène Eloy created the "Splash" wallpaper, combining a multicolored composition with a gold background.
